Spotlight On: The Royal Standard

The first The Royal Standard store located in DFW is now open at Galleria Dallas.

In 1995, owners Mark and Krista, were on an antique buying trip in England and found a flag of the British royal family. This flag, in British terms, is known as the royal standard. They adopted this name, and their company, The Royal Standard, began.  Since the founding of their company, the couple has traveled throughout Europe and the world in search of inspiration to design unique accessories for you and your home. Their product mix ranges from fashion accessories to home decor and from holiday decorations to entertaining essentials for hosting the perfect gathering.

The Royal Standard opened its first retail store in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 1998. A second and then a third store soon followed. Store number 8, at Galleria Dallas, opened in September with a ribbon cutting and in-store festivities.

Their products offer an uncompromising combination of exceptional quality with tremendous value. And combine classic elements with modern touches and are designed to enhance a wardrobe, complete a room or to become the perfect gift.

The Royal Standard debuts in Dallas with its Fall Winter gifting collection, which includes items from their “spooky shop” – Halloween-themed hand towels, socks, pjs and more; plus, gameday gear featuring most college color combos.
