The “We’re Looking for Blood Drive Hosts” Gallery Wall will spotlight the mission of the American Red Cross and encourage shoppers to learn more about how blood donations directly support patients in need. 

The need for blood remains constant, and the American Red Cross helps collect and distribute approximately 40 percent of the nation’s blood supply. Blood donations support accident and burn victims, heart surgery and organ transplant patients and individuals undergoing treatment for leukemia, cancer and sickle cell disease, among other things.

Community members are encouraged to support the American Red Cross’ lifesaving mission by donating blood during the June 20 drive at Galleria Dallas. Register to donate at www.redcrossblood.org/give.
