Devon Deshaun Francis is a self-taught artist whose work pulses with cultural pride and expressive energy.

He uses a technique he calls “Pebbled Melanin,” which is inspired by inspired by stippling/pointillism, to portray the textured people of his culture and other minority groups. Devon’s work aims to give voice to underrepresented communities in the art world in a refreshing, elevated way.
